Fulkrum, the leading provider of inspection, expediting, auditing, and technical staffing services, has announced the key appointment of Paulina Panus as Head of Human Resources.  The global firm is celebrating a successful 2023 and has set ambitious plans for growth and innovation across its global operations for the forthcoming year.

Joining Fulkrum in the newly formed role, Paulina brings a wealth of experience to the Human Resources Department that solidifies Fulkrum's people-centric approach to its continued growth. Paulina holds an MBA and Master’s Degree in Psychology. Her appointment will support the company’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture that values and invests in its greatest asset – its people.

Fulkrum’s 2024 roadmap is structured around four key pillars: investing in people, operational excellence, geographical expansion, and supporting clients with complimentary services that will add value, quality, and sustainability to their projects. The company’s team expanded with a 50% increase in staff numbers last year and surpassed operational targets including global growth with new offices in Italy and Qatar.
