Reconomy, the leading international circular economy specialist, is pleased to announce the launch of Reconomy Connect, a new brand operating within Reconomy that brings together the Company’s UK waste and resource management capabilities into one market-leading offering.
Reconomy has expanded significantly over the past few years, both organically and through multiple acquisitions as it adds complementary capabilities to its circular economy offering. The Company has built an impressive global footprint with more than 4,000 colleagues supporting well over 22,000 businesses across more than 80 countries.
Reconomy Connect brings together several of Reconomy’s market-leading brands and specialist services in the UK waste and resource management space. It creates a powerful proposition leveraging its scale, cutting-edge technology, data-driven insights and expertise to help customers make the best possible use of their materials and drive toward zero waste. Reconomy Connect will have a team of more than 700 employees serving over 13,000 customers.
Reconomy Connect will sit within Reconomy’s Recycle Loop and provide a wide range of services encompassing skip and container hire, scheduled trade waste services, plant and tool hire, spillage and emergency response services, aggregate and tipping solutions, and the provision of waste handling equipment.
As its brand name suggests, Reconomy Connect embodies a common focus on creating a joined-up offering and industry leading customer service empowering businesses to refine their waste processes, cut costs and enhance their sustainable practices. By unifying brands that previously operated separately under the Reconomy banner, Reconomy Connect can draw upon a combined 30-year track record of helping businesses better manage their waste and resources and operate with greater efficiency.
